Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for any reason, for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped. A small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our shop even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 48 hours from the time they are received. A Southern Stitchers Needlework Shop customer representative can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Return Policy take effect.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation requests may be sent via email and will be reviewed and acted upon by a Southern Stitchers Needlework Shop customer representative. One of our representatives will respond to your email or may call you, on the telephone number provided in your order, to discuss. Cancelation requests must be sent to info@southernstitchersco.com; the subject line must state “Cancel Order #_______.”
