The design in this set were originally sold individually as "thread packs". You will need to choose a fabric that will contract with the colors you choose to stitch with. A medium or darker linen or aida would be perfect. 

All the threads listed are from Classic Colorworks. Individual blocks are approximately 5-1/4" square when stitched on 28 count lien over two threads.
