This is a companion to Autumn Hill, featuring one of the "hill sisters" standing next to her patriotic garden flag. (I have one of these in my back yard, but the wind always flips it upside down, which is maddening at times.) Her skirt is worked in regular cross stitch, with easy long-stitched stars scattered over it.
