Southern Stitchers Needlework Shop aims to provide the highest level of customer service and we want our customers to be completely satisfied.  We work diligently to ensure all products leaving Southern Stitchers Needlework Shop are in the best condition and are shipped in sturdy, no-bend envelopes.

We have a 30-day return policy, but some exclusions apply (see list below).  Exclusions are based on copyright laws of our products.

Exclusions to Southern Stitchers Needlework Shop’s 30-day return policy:

• books

• cross stich charts/patterns

• punchneedle patterns

• quilt patterns

• applique patterns

 

All items must be returned in the condition received and include all original packaging.  If an item has been used, it is not eligible for return.

To expedite the return process, and for additional instructions, contact Southern Stitchers Needlework Shop (info@southernstitchersco.com).

Should you receive a shipment that is missing an item, contains an incorrect or damaged item, please contact customer service (info@southernstitchersco.com) within 30 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right.  If you do not contact Southern Stitchers Needlework Shop within the first 30 days of receipt of your order we are unable to replace, reship, or refund any product.

Refunds are issued upon receipt and processing of a return by Southern Stitchers Needlework Shop.  Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges. Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
